Things you give us directly: name and email if you fill in our enquiry form, county, farm type, category of interest, and any message text.
Things collected automatically: anonymised analytics via Matomo (page views, referring site, approximate country, device type, browser). IP addresses are anonymised before storage. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site advertising trackers.

How we share enquiries with suppliers
When you submit the enquiry form, we may share your name, county, farm type and category of interest with one or more Irish suppliers so they can quote. We share the minimum needed. We don't sell data to third parties.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry form submissions: 24 months, then deleted.
- Analytics: 14 months rolling, then aggregated.
Your rights under GDPR
You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, delete it, stop processing it, or export it in a portable format. Email enquiries@farmsupplies.ie and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
